This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating Target Recruit with QuickBooks Online using the DBSync Cloud Workflow. This integration template is designed to sync data efficiently between the two systems for streamlined operations.

To access the DBSync Cloud Workflow, follow these steps:
Login to DBSync Cloud Workflow by navigating to the DBSync website.
Click Login and choose Cloud Workflow.
Enter the Username and Password credentials that you provided during signup and click Login.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the DBSync Cloud Workflow Home Screen.
Log in to your DBSync Cloud Workflow account.
Click Add Template > Target Recruit to QuickBooks Online Integration from the Template Library.
Click Import. You can choose to provide a custome name for the template and click Next.
Click Apps from the left navigation bar to setup the Connectors.
From the list of available Connectors select the Target Recruit App and QuickBooks Online and click Add App.
Provide the necessary details that might be required such as API URL, Username, Password, Client ID and Security Token.
Test both connections to verify credentials.
Select the current project and click Setup.
In the Setup section, customize the field mappings for entities like:
Customers: Name, Email, Phone Number, Billing Address.
Invoices: Invoice Number, Date, Amount, Line Items.
Payments: Payment Date, Amount, Reference Number.
Click Next.
Navigate to the Schedule tab.
Define sync intervals (e.g., every 1 hour, daily).
Enable the scheduler to automate data synchronization.
Navigate to the Run tab.
Click Run to start manual synchronization or check logs for automated runs if the integration is scheduled.
View sync logs under the Execution Logs tab.
Address errors with suggested solutions provided in the logs. Common errors include:
Invalid Field Mapping: Review the mapping configuration.
Authentication Failure: Recheck API credentials.
Always test configurations in a sandbox environment before deploying to production.
