Overview

The QuickBooks Desktop to monday.com Integration Template by DBSync enables users to automate and streamline workflows between accounting and project management platforms. It ensures that data like invoices, customers, projects, and tasks synchronize seamlessly, saving time and minimizing manual efforts. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to set up, configure, and use this integration effectively.

Prerequisites

Before proceeding with the setup, ensure the following:

  1. Active Accounts:

    • QuickBooks Desktop

    • monday.com

    • DBSync Cloud Workflow

  2. DBSync Requirements:

    • Admin access to DBSync.

    • QuickBooks Web Connector installed for API connectivity.

  3. System Requirements:

    • QuickBooks Desktop version: Pro, Premier, or Enterprise (2019 or later).

    • Stable internet connection.
