# QuickBooks Desktop to monday.com Integration

### Prerequisites

Before proceeding with the setup, ensure the following:

   * QuickBooks Desktop
   * monday.com
   * DBSync Cloud Workflow
2. **DBSync Requirements:**
   * Admin access to DBSync.
   * QuickBooks Web Connector installed for API connectivity.
3. **System Requirements:**
   * QuickBooks Desktop version: Pro, Premier, or Enterprise (2019 or later).
   * Stable internet connection.

## **Installation and Setup**

2. Click **Import**. You can choose to provide a custome name for the template and click **Next**.&#x20;
3. Go to the **Task Screen** and click **Configure** to review pre-built workflows.

5. In the **Setup** **tab**, customize the field mappings for entities that you want to map from **QuickBooks Desktop** to **monday.com** and click **Next.**

6. Navigate to the **Run** **tab** and click **Run** to start the synchronization.
