# Linnworks Orders to QuickBooks Online

## Introduction

DBSync for Linnworks Orders and QuickBooks Online Integration is a user-friendly application that seamlessly integrates key data between Linnworks and QuickBooks Online. It synchronizes Linnworks Customers, Products, Processed Orders, Purchased Orders, and Suppliers with QuickBooks Online’s Customers, Item Inventory, Invoices, Sales Receipts, Estimates, Vendors, Purchase Orders, and Bills.

This solution offers unidirectional synchronization with pre-built field-to-field mapping, along with the flexibility for custom, dynamic mapping to meet complex business needs. DBSync’s automatic online updates ensure users always have access to the latest product features and enhancements with every new release.

1. 2. Click on Linnworks Connector and choose **Login to Linnworks.**

3. You will get a pop-up to confirm your Linnworks account. Enter the credentials, accept the **T\&C** by enabling the checkbox and click **Login** as shown below.

4. Click on QuickBooks Online Connector. Then, click on the link **Connect to QuickBooks.** Sign into QuickBooks online to authorize DBSync Salesforce Integration for QuickBooks to connect to Intuit.
5. Click **Save** and **Test Connection**.

You are now ready to run the integration using pre-built forms.

## Process to Run the Integration

To utilize the pre-built **Linnworks Orders to QuickBooks Online** template, follow the steps given below.

1. Click on **Add Template** from the home screen.

2. Select the template: **Linnworks Orders to QuickBooks Online** which allows for running multiple workflows and integration between the two applications.
3. The template will be added to **Your Projects**.
4. Select the template and you will be redirected to the **Task Screen**.
5. Click **Configure** to access various workflows pre-built for the integration.
6. Select the desired flow, click configure and activate the **Enable Flow** option for any worklfow you want to run.

## Pre-built Template and Workflows

The template downloaded from the library contains various workflows which can be enabled to run the sync between **Linnworks Orders and QuickBooks Online**.&#x20;

**Enable the Initial Setup** and Run the Sync to enable QuickBooks Accounts set up as displayed in the image. Also note, the following accounts are created in QuickBooks Online post Initial Setup Sync:

1. Income Account
2. Expense Account
3. Assets Account

Ensure you TURN OFF the check box to 'Enable Flow' for the Initial Set up (After first Sync) before you run the workflow to sync Linnworks Purchase Orders or Processed Orders to QuickBooks Online using the other two workflows. The first success run is considered for the sync.

Make sure you ENABLE the required workflows before you run the sync.

1. Navigate to the Task Screen and click **Setup**.

2. You will be redirected to the **Setup Screen**.
3. Verify the connections of your applications and click **Next**.

Configure the following in the **Setup tab**.

**a. Linnworks Processed Orders to QuickBooks Online Transaction**

If you would like to push transactions into QuickBooks Online and choose the type of transaction: Invoice, Sales Receipt or Estimate.

**b. Linnworks Purchase orders to QuickBooks Online Transaction**

If you would like to create purchase orders in QuickBooks Online such as bills or purchase orders, use this workflow.&#x20;

4. Click **Next** and **Run Now** to complete the sync.

You can also choose to set a schedule to your sync: Update the task, start and end time along with frequency which ensures that both the applications are in common sync at all times.

5. Click **Finish to** complete your sync.
