# Shopify Orders to Salesforce

### Introduction

DBSync for Shopify and Salesforce Integration is an easy-to-use application. It integrates Shopify Products and Orders with Salesforce products, accounts, Opportunity, and Order. DBSync provides integration with pre-built field-to-field mapping along with flexibility for more complex and dynamic mapping capability. DBSync's automatic online update enables its customers to enjoy all the product updates and features that come with every new release.

### DBSync Profile and Application Setup

* Login to DBSync Cloud Workflow.
* You will be redirected to DBSync Cloud Workflow Home Screen as shown below

* #### Integration Steps

  1. **Access the Template Library**
     * Navigate to the **Template Library**.​
     * Locate and select the **Shopify Orders to Salesforce** template.​
     * Click **Import** to add the template to your workspace.​
  2. **Configure Connectors**
     * In the setup wizard, connect your **Salesforce** and **Shopify** accounts by providing the necessary credentials.​
     * Ensure both connectors are authenticated successfully to enable data flow.​
  3. **Define Integration Variables**
     * Specify values for variables based on your business requirements.
     * For example, choose how Shopify products should be created in Salesforce
       * **All Products**: Sync all Shopify products to Salesforce.
       * **Transaction Products**: Sync only products associated with orders.
  4. **Finalize Setup**
     * After configuring variables, click **Next** to proceed.​
     * Review the summary and confirm the setup to complete the integration configuration.
  5. **Run or Schedule the Integration**
     * **Manual Execution**:
       * Navigate to the **Run** tab.
       * Click **Run Now** to initiate the data synchronization immediately.
     * **Scheduled Execution**:
       * Go to the **Scheduling and Automation** section.
       * Set up a schedule based on your preferred frequency (e.g., every 15 minutes, hourly, daily).
       * Save the schedule to automate the integration process.
