QuickBooks Online to ShipStation Orders

Introduction

The QuickBooks Online to ShipStation Orders Integration Template offers a streamlined and automated solution for synchronizing order-related data between QuickBooks Online and ShipStation.

This prebuilt template is designed to enhance operational efficiency by enabling real-time data exchange for:

  • Customer details

  • Shipping information

  • Product line items

By automating the flow of order data, the integration minimizes manual data entry, reduces the risk of errors, and keeps both systems consistently aligned. This ensures accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks Online and accelerates order processing and fulfillment in ShipStation.

Ideal for businesses aiming to scale their e-commerce operations, this template supports faster shipping workflows, improved data accuracy, and a unified view of orders across both platforms.

Steps to Use the QuickBooks Online to ShipStation Orders Template

Select the Template

  1. Navigate to the Templates section.

  2. Search for and select the QuickBooks Online to ShipStation Orders template.

  3. Click Import to download it in your projects.

Configure the Template

  1. Go to the Task Screen and click Configure to review pre-built workflows.

Test the Connection

  1. Navigate to the Setup Wizard and test the connections to ensure both QuickBooks Online and ShipStation are properly connected.

  1. Click Test Connection for each application and confirm the successful synchronization.

  2. In this template, fields like customer data, order items, and shipping information are already mapped between QuickBooks Online and ShipStation.

  3. Modify the mapping according to your workflow needs.

Enable the Integration

  1. After configuring the workflows, toggle the Enable Flow option to activate the integration.

  1. Click Save to save your configurations.

Run the Integration

  1. Once the connections are verified, return to the Task Screen.

  2. Click Run Now to begin syncing orders between QuickBooks Online and ShipStation.

Schedule

  1. Finally, navigate to the Schedule tab to set up scheduling parameters for automated integration between ShipStation and QuickBooks Online.

  2. Specify different intervals such as minutes, hours, days, or weeks to customize the schedule as needed.
