The QuickBooks Online to ShipStation Orders template provides a powerful solution for automating the transfer of order data between QuickBooks Online and ShipStation. Designed to enhance operational efficiency, this template ensures that order information, including customer data, shipping details, and product items, is synchronized between the two systems in real time. By using this template, businesses can reduce manual entry errors and keep their QuickBooks Online and ShipStation accounts perfectly aligned, allowing for smoother order processing and faster shipping workflows.
To access the DBSync Cloud Workflow, follow these steps:
Login to DBSync Cloud Workflow by navigating to the DBSync website.
Click Login and choose Cloud Workflow.
Enter the Username and Password credentials that you provided during signup and click Login.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the DBSync Cloud Workflow Home Screen.
Add QuickBooks Online and ShipStation Applications
Click the Apps icon on the left-hand toolbar.
Add both QuickBooks Online and ShipStation connectors to the platform.
For QuickBooks Online, sign in using your QuickBooks Online credentials and authorize the connection.
For ShipStation, use your ShipStation account credentials to connect the application.
Select the Template
Navigate to the Templates section.
Search for and select the QuickBooks Online to ShipStation Orders template.
Click Add Template to include it in your projects.
Configure the Template
Go to the Task Screen and click Configure to review pre-built workflows.
In this template, fields like customer data, order items, and shipping information are already mapped between QuickBooks Online and ShipStation.
Modify the mapping according to your workflow needs.
Enable the Integration
After configuring the workflows, toggle the Enable Flow option to activate the integration.
Click Save to save your configurations.
Test the Connection
Navigate to the Setup Wizard and test the connections to ensure both QuickBooks Online and ShipStation are properly connected.
Click Test Connection for each application and confirm the successful synchronization.
Run the Integration
Once the connections are verified, return to the Task Screen.
Click Run Now to begin syncing orders between QuickBooks Online and ShipStation.
Similar to the QuickBooks Desktop template, you can also schedule automated syncs at intervals suitable for your business operations.
