Resolving Email Fields Sync Issues in QuickBooks Online

Requirement

As the “Minor Version” field is not provided with an appropriate value in DBSync, the Cc Email and Bcc Email fields will fail to sync

Solution

You need to provide the “Minor Version” in DBSync. The steps for providing the Minor Version are below.

1. Open the flow for Salesforce to QuickBooks Online Transaction.

2. Click configure next to the Transform&Write for each transaction.

3. Update the Minor Version under properties.

4. Save the flow once the minor version is provided.
