Resolving Email Fields Sync Issues in QuickBooks Online

Requirement

If the Minor Version field is not provided with an appropriate value in DBSync, the Cc Email and Bcc Email fields will fail to sync.

Solution

You need to provide a value in the Minor Version field in DBSync. The steps to provide the Minor Version are below.

1. Open the flow for Salesforce to QuickBooks Online Transaction.

2. Click Configure for Invoice Creation Transform&Write.

3. Update the Minor Version under properties.

4. Save the flow once the Minor Version is provided.
