Overview

DBSync's Jira Service Management connector offers high customizability, enabling seamless integration between your Jira Service Management account and other applications like accounting systems, e-commerce platforms, and CRMs. With this connector, users can manage various records such as service desks, Projects, Issues, users, Service Requests and more. The integration utilizes Jira Service Management APIs alongside Jira Core APIs for data movement via REST calls using JSON over HTTPS.

Prerequisites

To connect to Jira Service Management via DBSync's connector, you need:

  • A valid DBSync Jira Service Management connector license, username, and password.

  • Ensure the Jira Service Management user has administrative privileges to access APIs.

A single instance of the Jira Service Management connector represents one service desk account. For multiple service desk accounts (On-demand or Cloud instances), create separate connections and configure accordingly.
