DBSync’s Cloud Agent handles the secure data transfer between HubSpot’s cloud platform and your on-premises QuickBooks Desktop instance. You’ll also benefit from continuous updates that keep your integration aligned with new features and enhancements. Use this manual as your step-by-step guide to connect, configure, and manage the integration—minimizing manual data entry and improving operational efficiency across sales and finance.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, ensure you have the following:

  • Active Accounts for HubSpot and QuickBooks Desktop.

  • DBSync Cloud Workflow Subscription with the appropriate integration template.

  • QuickBooks Web Connector installed and configured.

  • Admin Access to HubSpot and QuickBooks Desktop.

Setting Up the Integration
