# QuickBooks to Salesforce Data Migration

1. The purpose of Migration is to migrate the user's historical data on a single integration run.
2. Update functionality updates records in QuickBooks and Salesforce.
3. The section 'QuickBooks to Salesforce Migration Process' below, provides step by step instructions on how to initiate the migration of your Quickbooks records into Salesforce objects using **Quickbooks Desktop to Salesforce Accounts Receivable** Template.

## QuickBooks to Salesforce Migration Process <a href="#quickbookstosalesforcedatamigration-quickbookstosalesforcemigrationprocess" id="quickbookstosalesforcedatamigration-quickbookstosalesforcemigrationprocess"></a>

1. Go to [www.mydbsync.com](http://www.mydbsync.com/). Click **Login**.
2. Enter your **Username** and **Password.** Click **Sign in.**
3. Navigate to **Project** and verify that the **Quickbooks Desktop to Salesforce Accounts Receivable** template is added. Click this project to be directed to the Automated Task page.
   1. If Quickbooks Desktop to Salesforce Accounts Receivable Template is not included, go back to the Home page. Search for this template.
   2. Click **Add to Project** for **Quickbooks Desktop to Salesforce Accounts Receivable** to add this template to your project. You will be directed to the Automated Task page.
4. In the **Automated Task** page, click **Setup** and fill in the required details.
5. Once the form is completed, click **Configure** to be directed to the **Flow** builder page.&#x20;
6. Enable the required **Flow** and from the **Settings** dropdown, select **Runtime Property**.
7. In the **Runtime Property**, change the *Last Success Run* date (and time) from which you want to Migrate the data.&#x20;
8. Click **Save**.
9. **Run** the web connector to initiate the sync.
