Overview

The QuickBooks Online (QBO) to monday.com Integration Template in DBSync Cloud Workflow allows businesses to synchronize data between QBO and monday.com efficiently. With this integration, users can automate workflows, reduce manual data entry, and maintain data consistency across platforms. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough of setting up, configuring, and using the integration template.

Prerequisites

Before using the integration template, ensure:

  • You have active accounts for both QuickBooks Online and monday.com.

  • Your DBSync Cloud Workflow account is set up with the necessary permissions.

  • API access is enabled for both QBO and monday.com.

Setting up the Integration

Accessing the Integration Template

  1. Click Add Template > QuickBooks Online to monday.com integration from the Template Library.

  1. Click Import. You can choose to provide a custome name for the template and click Next.

  2. Go to the Task Screen and click Configure to review pre-built workflows.

Configure the template

  1. In the Connect tab, connect your connectors and test the connection before customising the field mappings.

Configure Data Mapping

  1. In the Setup tab, customize the field mappings for entities that you want to map from QuickBooks Online to monday.com and click Next.

Schedule Synchronization

  1. Navigate to the Schedule tab and define sync intervals (e.g., every 1 hour, daily).
