Registration for Partner Reseller Portal

Get started with the DBSync partner portal with the prerequisites

Partner Registration

  1. The user will receive an email. Open the email and click the link provided.

  1. After filling out the registration form, the partner will receive a confirmation email.

Partner Portal

  1. Login: Partners can log in using the credentials used during registration.

  1. Home Page: Once logged in, partners will land on the home page.

  • The partner portal can be viewed at the top right corner.

  • The partner company will be listed with fields such as Company, Name, Active, etc.

  • Partners can view company details by clicking on the name.

  1. View Customer

  • Partners can view their customers by changing the view from 'org' to 'My Customer'.

  • 'My Customer' will list all partner customers with fields like:

    • Company

    • Name

    • Active

    • Customer Type

    • Usage

    • Coming Expiry Date

  1. Add Customer

  • Click 'Add New' to add a customer.

  • Save Customer by filling in mandatory fields such as Name, Active, and Partner Commission.

  • Partner Account: Will be the Partner OrgId, which should be filled by default.

  • Customer Type: Should be 'CUSTOMER' by default.

  • Partner Commission Rate: This field is mandatory.

  1. View Customer User

  • Open Customer.

  • The Related Lists section at the bottom contains Users of the customer.

  • Click the name to view user details.

  • Partners can also view orders and trial licenses.

  1. Impersonate Customer User

  • Click 'Login As' to impersonate the customer user.

  1. Add Product.

  • Partners can add products on behalf of their customers.

  1. Payment Invoice Link

  • The invoice link will be generated automatically.

  • Partners can copy the payment invoice link to share with customers.

  • Clicking the link allows partners or customers to make a payment.
