A Flow in DBSync Cloud Workflow represents a specific workflow you want to create, which can utilize various queries and variables. Flows enable you to automate data processing and integration tasks. You can enable or disable any flow, which will also enable or disable that specific workflow during integration execution.
Login to DBSync Cloud Workflow: Navigate to the DBSync website and log in with your credentials.
Select a Project: From the dashboard, choose the project where you want to create a new flow.
Access the Task Menu: Click on the dropdown next to Task in the project menu.
Select Create: Choose the Create option from the dropdown menu to initiate the task creation process.
Enter Task Name: Provide a unique name for your task that describes its purpose.
Select Agent: Click on Select Agent to choose an agent for the task. This agent will handle the execution of the task. If you are creating an automated workflow, select Assign to Bot.
Click Configure: After assigning the task, click on the Configure button. You will be redirected to the Flow screen.
Drag and Drop the Flow Icon: In the Flow screen, drag and drop the Flow Icon from the left panel to the center of the screen.
Configure the Flow: Click the expand icon on the flow icon to configure the flow.
Enter a desired name for the flow and click 'Save'.
Use the Checkbox: You can use the checkbox next to Disabled Flow to enable or disable the flow. This action will also apply to all queries, variables, or transformations within this flow.
Integrate Queries and Variables: Within the flow, you can add various queries and variables that are necessary for your workflow. This integration allows for dynamic data processing based on the defined logic.
Save Your Configuration: Once you have configured the flow and added all necessary components, make sure to save your changes.
Run the Integration: Click the Run icon to execute the integration and observe how the flow operates with the connected queries and variables.
Review Logs: After running the flow, check the logs to monitor its execution and ensure that it completed successfully.
Make Adjustments: If you encounter issues or need to make adjustments, return to the flow configuration to modify the settings or components.

Regularly saving your flow configuration during setup can prevent data loss and make it easier to backtrack if you encounter issues.
