Learn how to find projects and processes in New Platform

Introduction

DBSync Cloud Workflow has two versions: Cloud Workflow (6.6) and Cloud Workflow Alpha (advanced platform: new release). This article explains the process to access various projects and running the integration in the new platform.

Cloud Workflow (existing platform)

  • Login to DBSync Cloud Workflow by navigating to the DBSync website.

  • Click on 'Login' and choose 'Cloud Workflow' as shown in the image below:

  • Provide your 'User Name' and 'Password' setup during signup and click 'Login'.

  • You will be redirected to DBSync Cloud Workflow Home Screen as shown below:

  • Click on 'Development Studio' and you will be redirected to the 'Projects' section

  • Select a 'Project' by clicking the 'Name' and you will be redirected to view all processes.

  • Choose a process to view various workflows as shown below:

  • You can enable the workflows by using the toggle button and TURN ON to run the workflow.

In the existing platform, you can utilize the left navigation of the 'Projects' screen to access 'Connectors' and the 'Template Library.'

Cloud Workflow (Alpha- new platform)

  • Login to DBSync Cloud Workflow

  • Click on 'Login' and choose 'Cloud Workflow' as shown in the image below:

  • Provide your 'User Name' and 'Password' setup during signup and click 'Login'.

  • You will be redirected to DBSync Cloud Workflow Home Screen as shown below

All the projects in the existing platform will be available in this section after migration

  • Click on the 'Project' Name to access processes.

This is also called as 'Task'

  • In case the workflows are NOT scheduled, select a process and click 'Configure'

You need to do a 'Manual Sync' since the workflows are not scheduled

  • Select a process to access workflows that you can configure to manually run the sync

  • You will be redirected to the 'Task Screen' where you can modify or run the integration manually.

  • Click 'Configure' against any 'Action' and you can modify the workflow

  • For eg: Click 'Configure' against 'Flow' Action and click the check box to enable the workflow as shown below:

In the new platform, you can easily access various projects, process, actions, apps all in one single screen enabling ease of use
