Verify the status of your workflows

Introduction

Log Files lists actions that have occurred on the platform. Logs are maintained in the system to list every request made to the DBSync server. Log files help to identify users' locations and the actions they are performing. Log files are only created if a process is run and scheduled as completed.

Process

In order to access logs follow the steps below:

• Login to DBSync Cloud Workflow by navigating to the DBSync website.

• Click on 'Login' and choose 'Cloud Workflow' as shown in the image below:

• Provide your 'User Name' and 'Password' setup during signup and click 'Login'.

Enter Login Credentials

• You will be redirected to DBSync Cloud Workflow Home Screen as shown below

• Click the Toggle icon on the 'Home Screen' above the 'Projects' tab and navigate to 'Logs' Tab. Refer image below:

Administrative Functions

You will be redirected to your logs where you can access the status of your workflows
