Reset Password or Log In with Magic Link

Reset your password or log in without one using these simple, step-by-step guides for Cloud-Workflow. Both processes use secure, one-time email links that expire in 10 minutes.​

Password Reset Steps

  1. On the login screen, click Forgot password.

  1. Enter your registered email address and click on Send reset link.

  1. Check your email (including spam) for a reset link. If your email is registered, it should appear in your inbox.​

  1. Click the link in your Email to open the "Create a New Password" page.

  2. Type your new password twice (new password and confirm password). Ensure it meets the strength rules displayed.

  1. Click on Reset password to update your password and return to login.​

  1. On the login page, select Try Another Way.

  1. Enter your registered email address and submit.

  1. Open your email—if registered, you'll get a magic link (check spam too).​

  1. Click the link within 10 minutes to automatically log in and reach your dashboard.

  2. If it doesn't work (expired or used), repeat from step 1 for a new link.​

Note: If your email address is not registered, then it will throw an error saying Invalid email.
