Learn how to use the Slack connector in DBSync Cloud Workflow

Introduction

DBSync Cloud Workflow supports integrating chat notifications into your business workflows, allowing relevant team members to be alerted through Slack when specific conditions or events occur. This page helps you set up, configure, and use the Slack connector to automate messaging and communication tasks in DBSync.

Prerequisites

• A valid DBSync Cloud Workflow account.

• A Slack account.

• Permissions to configure connectors in DBSync.

Configure the Slack connector in DBSync

Log in to your DBSync Cloud Workflow dashboard.

Navigate to Apps in the left navigation bar.

From the list of available connectors, select Slack or click Add App under the Slack icon.

Click Login to Slack (OAuth) and connect your Slack account to complete authentication.

After authentication, click Test Connection to validate the integration.

Click Save.
