# Flow

## Introduction

The **Flow** tab is where you create and manage your workflows. A flow represents a sequence of tasks or actions that run in the specified order.

## Key Features

* **Create a Flow**: Initiate a flow from this section by defining the sequence of actions you want to automate, like transforming and writing data to target applications.
* **Run a Flow**: Flows can be manually triggered or run automatically based on specific conditions.
* **Flow Status**: Monitor the current status of each flow, including whether it's running or completed.
