  • Azure Active Directory details in DBSync Replication Profile

Using Azure Active Directory For logging in to SQL Server and Azure Synapse

  • Go to the database section and select database type as SQL Server./ Azure Synapse

  • Click On ADD Password Authentication checkbox to use the Active directory for the login process.

  • Enter your Data Base credentials associated with your Azure Active Directory ( check with your admin for your AAD credentials )

  • Test the connection and save it.

  • Now you can use your SQL server/ Azure Synapse connected through your AAD.
